Where are your properties located?
We can locate properties anywhere in Melbourne according to your requirements. As we do not own the properties, we are not constrained to particular locations. We simply lease the properties from our network of real estate agents, furnish them, and sublease the properties to you.

How much do you charge?
Our rates vary according to the location of the property you require. As a general guide, please allow between AUD150 to AUD200 per person per week. For more details, please contact us.

Do you do short term leases?
No. As with most residential leases in Australia, the minimum term is 12 months. You have the option of extending the lease at the end of the 12 months.
  How much is the security deposit? Is it refundable?
We require one week's rent as bond for the property, to be held in a trust account at the Residential Tenancies Bond Authority. We also require AUD1400 as security deposit for the furniture from each tenant. If you fulfill all your lease obligations, the bond and security deposit are fully refundable.

However, if you damage the property or the furniture, we may have to retain part of the deposit to cover repair or replacement costs.
 
 
What happens if I want to leave before the end of my lease term?
You have to give us 28 days' written notice, and you are legally obliged to pay the rent until a replacement tenant is found. You will also be liable for any advertising and administration costs incurred.
